I know, everyone says they like to travel. But not everyone spent every spare penny in high school and undergrad on airfare, lied to their parents about where they were *actually* staying in Europe at age 17 (sorry mom and dad, I did stay in a few of those shady hostels you told me not to), or lived in Korea in high school.

Growing up as a military kid made me hate it at a young age, but it's now my favorite thing to do. I want to visit every country. Even the ones people don't post about on Instagram.

The year 2020 set me back a bit, but I like to think I have time to get caught up. With traveling comes stories, and I like to write 'em.

When I’m not writing or traveling, I can be found tending to my 18 houseplants (in my defense, I work part-time at a plant nursery) while simultaneously dancing around my kitchen while cooking (you guessed it) banana pancakes and jamming to Elvis Presley. I also (way too much) love sharing my inner thoughts with parentheses.
